Building Capabilities works to develop programs and initiatives aiming at creating opportunities for groups and individuals that are often deprived of opportunities to develop full healthy lives. Women, refugees, asylum seekers, youth of broken homes.
Obtain
We obtain support and collaboration from academic institutions to build content knowledge and the creation and expansion of programs leading to fostering opportunities that build sustainable livelihoods.
Create
We create “south to south” or global learning and opportunities for collaboration (technology, knowledge or skills among low-income or middle-income countries)
Build
We build partnerships with global stakeholders and organizations that provide small business development coaching for refugees and individuals seeking to reintegrate into peaceful societies (sustainable development).
Advocate
We advocate, support, participate and engage in the identification of context specific opportunities that can generate or provide other channels and vehicles for change. This is done through participation at conferences and forums advocating for human development, workshops and forums for dissemination of the human development approach.
